Bayesian Re-Analysis of Biomedical Research

This calculator takes the results from biomedical research papers, a minimal important difference, and a prior probability of an intervention being truly effective and outputs a likelihood ratio as well as a Bayesian posterior probability. We call the latter PEGD (Probability of a [real] Effect Given the Data).
